It’s Halloween! (Almost.) And as a Mom, I’ve always liked to give a little effort to dress up with my daughter. It’s fun to join in on her excitement, plus she thinks it is cool when Mommy dresses up. But buying a $40 one-time use costume isn’t really my thing.
So over the years, I’ve opted for a costume that involves some self-taught make-up hacks. It started off simple with a little cat nose and some whiskers. However, with each Halloween, I challenge myself to try something a little more advanced. Full disclosure, I’m nowhere near a pro at this, but, it is a lot of fun to do and I think it looks cute so that is good enough for me.
If you are thinking of trying something new this year, check out my tutorial video below on how to create a DIY cheetah face in 20 minutes. This was my first attempt doing the face, and my first tutorial video… so enjoy its comical nature. [Disclaimer: I definitely call my bronzer concealer during the video.]
